On April 09-10, 2026, The V International Scientific and Practical Conference "Education, Law and Public Administration – New Development Trends" was held

          The conference was organized by the Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism, Ukraine, jointly with Al-Rafidayn University (Baghdad, Iraq) and the University of the National Education Commission (Krakow, Poland).

          09.04.26 welcoming speeches were delivered to the conference participants by Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Rector of the Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism, Honored Worker of Social Sphere of Ukraine Viktor Sukhomlyn and Dr. Mahmoud Javad Abu Al-Shaeer, Rector of Al-Rafidain University (Iraq).

          Interesting reports on the conference topics were heard, in particular by Ihor Shpektorenko, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, National Technical University of Ukraine "Dnipro Technological University"; Maria Vorona, Master's student, Saitama University, Saitama, Japan; Olena Korchynska, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism; Agnieszka Zvolenik, Doctor, University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz, Poland; Dr. Nazar Habeeb Abbas and Dr. Jassim Kadhim Qubashi, Al-Rafidain University, Iraq and others.

          On 10.04.26, reports were also made by Gareth Dyke, Director of Academic Partnerships at Bentham Science Publishers, Great Britain; Ph.D., Associate Professor Valerii Domarev, Expert in Public Administration and Cybersecurity of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine; Doctor of Law, Professor Yaroslav Zhuravel, Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism. All reports were in English.

          Dr. Tech., Prof. Yurii Khlaponin, as the organizer of the conference and coordinator of international cooperation with universities in Europe and Asia, summed up the conference and presented certificates to the participants.

          Articles and abstracts of reports were submitted by participants from Ukraine, Great Britain, Poland, Iraq, Hungary and others. Selected articles, as in previous years, will be published in Scopus publications.
